Covid-19 Policies & Actions

This year has challenged all of us in ways we never could have imagined. Like so many others, we have modified all aspects of our business in response to COVID-19. Our top priority is the safety of our team and customers. We have professionally sanitized our store and created whole new processes and activities to engage with our customers so they can confidently shop with us. All guests must visit us by appointment so we can ensure their privacy and appropriate social distancing. Each piano in our showroom will be marked to be disinfected following its trial by a customer.

When you arrive, you will find all necessary disinfectants available for your use and as required of our employees. You will be greeted at your appointment time and personally guided through the showroom to play each piano you choose to consider. We ask that if children are joining you, they are kept under close watch so we are able to clearly identify the pianos needing to be cleaned after you leave.

Also very important to our mission, we are working every day to find new ways to support our pianist friends and arts organizations as they struggle through their hundreds of canceled performances and fundraisers. We will continue to share with all our contacts the details of virtual concerts and programs they perform in our studio and throughout the world.

Music is one of the most important human coping techniques we have in times of crisis. As our “shelter at home” has shifted to become the center of our social entertainment and personal fulfillment, we hope that you will consider adding the piano you’ve always wanted to your home’s cultural environment and that you will allow us the opportunity to earn your business.
