Special Presentation by:

Dr. James Wilding

Professor of Instruction in Composition and Theory

The University of Akron

9:30AM: Spirio Demonstration and Continental Breakfast
10:00AM: Observation Begins
10:30AM: Post-Lesson Discussion Time and Networking

Our next Steinway Pathway workshop will showcase how to use different techniques to inspire the next generation of musicians. Observe how composer and professor Dr. James Wilding uses STEINWAY SPIRIO in his studio and with students at The University of Akron as the newest tool for his craft. Spirio editor includes the ability to modify note velocity, duration, pedal data, remove or add notes, and even correct wrong notes on your personal Spirio recordings.

Join Dr. Wilding, a Youngstown State University student, and fellow teachers for a morning full of inspiration and fresh ideas. As always, we will follow the presentation with a discussion on how we would apply these ideas in our lessons.

Please RSVP to Amy at [email protected] by September 13th. All music teachers are welcome!

If you would like to have a private demonstration of how Spirio Technology works and what to expect, please contact Amy for an appointment before September 20th.

This workshop is sponsored by Steinway Teacher and Educator Partnership. For more information about membership or upcoming events, please contact Amy Sauriol, Partnerships Director.
